It was very unsanitary, dusty, smelled horrible. I’m not a sensitive person but it was so dusty I kept sneezing and my face felt itchy. The smell was so strong it stayed in my hair after 20 mins of checkin it. I left to get food and when I got in my car I reeked of over seasoned hamburger patties and burnt cigarettes. There was beard hair in my bathroom. If they didn’t care to wipe the counters I’m sure the sheets were no cleaner.. pillow had stains not sure of what.. overall it was really gross. My 8yr old said they would have rather slept in the car n the room felt sticky.

The staff was great! From the ladies serving breakfast to the housekeeping folks, I always was treated to smiles and a can do attitude!

Parking was tight since many spaces were unavailable due to some site work and numerous conex type storage boxes.

It was just plain gross. There was hair all over the sink, counter top, bathroom floor, shower floor, and a clump of hair on the shower wall. They aren't vacuuming at all. They are using dirty mops to push the dirt and hair all over. My bare feet never touched the floors in that disgusting place. You get no room service during the week. My first morning I put the coffee sack into the coffee maker, put water in the reservoir, hot the on button... Coffee maker didn't work. There were overhead lights out in the suite. I had an ironing board but no iron. I had a hairdryer holder on the wall in the bathroom but no hairdryer. At night I opened the windows for some fresh air and smelled pot most evenings from the 3rd floor. The hallways looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in months. The elevator was filthy. And honestly, with the clientele they have there, you don't feel safe. I went down for my free breakfast and I chose sealed yogurt because I wasn't eating the food I saw. I bought Pop Tarts that evening so I wouldn't get food poisoning from those people. Lesson learned and please don't stay there. Wyndham should be ashamed of themselves!!

Breakfast area should have been cleaned. There should be more breakfast options at least to meet industry standards. Should not baskets empty, one or two oranges or bananas. The food was stale and smelly.

Location was good, room was clean and the breakfast was very good

The laundry machines were out of order

The pool was nice and the staff seemed kind

The sheets smelled musty and the comforters had cigarette burns
