No Room Service

The staff was nice.

The smell in the hallway and the room was horrible.

Wood floor in handicapped room.

Bathtub instead of walk-in shower.

This was bar none the worst hotel I've stayed at, I was a travel agent for 35 years. I have often stayed in 1 star to 5 star hotels. I needed a bed for 5 people. When I got there they said they remodeled and there were beds for 4. Good thing my husband had decided not to come. They could have let me know in advance. Beds were great new floors, great!. Then I approached the kitchen, very old. I tried to open the silverware drawer, would hardly open, one knife and that was all. Then I found 1 plate. It had a barely functioning stove. The sink backed up, disposal didn't work. The attendant poured draino it didn't do a thing. Then we put our grandchild in the tub, no drain stopper, we had to put a towel down to stop up the tub. Our grandchild has cerebral palsy and can't stand, he was having serious surgery the next morning and had to have a good bath. The tub did not drain as well. We left the next day and found a hotel that offered amenities that worked. I bet they rented that room without fixing the problems!! Don't go there!!!
