Convenient location because we were visiting the botanic gardens. Facilities were clean. The old fashioned rooms could be updated, especially the carpet and the shower head. Breakfast was pretty good, biscuits with gravy were great. The eating area was quite small and cramped though, and other IHG hotels have bigger food selection (tater tots, bacon, etc). Overall I would stay here again if visiting the gardens again.

Great stay. Only complaint would be to replace the toilet to a taller one. It was so short, like a childs toilet in elementary schools.
