We had a good time at this property. The check in line was long and took a while. Breakfast on a Sunday morning was very crowded and my kids and I had to fight for a table. Breakfast options were very good. My kids ate well and loved the pancake maker. I think the AC has a lock out on it. No matter how much we turned it down, the room remained warm all night. The mattress and pillows were great, wish it had been nice and cool in the room and I would have slept like a baby. We had trouble catching the elevator. Had to wait in line while my son took the stairs every time.

The breakfast area was well maintained and very clean - not only the food prep/serving areas, but the dining tables too. The room was extremely quiet, which I requested. Everything was great - and the shower pressure was awesome. My only suggestion is to update - I can no longer recall specifics, but the room was generally outdated. Oh, and the towels need an upgrade (bigger, better quality).

The location of the hotel is very convenient off the interstate and close to shopping and dining options. The staff was friendly and accommodating, although the housekeeping situation to clean our room could have been better. We enjoyed the delicious free breakfast and coffee every morning as well as the indoor pool. Our room was on the floor near the entrance, so there was quite a bit of noise in the hallway and above us from other guests, so we might request to be on an upper floor next time.
