Club Wyndham Dolphin's Cove

So I called at 10 am to see if we could get an early check in and the staff told us to just come in and they will see if they have any room’s available. We came in half hour later and checked in at the desk and they told us that it would take 2 hrs at least for the maids to clean and they would give us a call. So here comes. 3 hours later and we decides to check and see what the status was and they told us they were about to have it ready . Still no call back and now it’s 4 pm regular check in time and finally we were able to check in . If they were not able to check us in early they should have let us know . We sat in parking lot for hours waiting for a call and no call. So if you plan on checking in early then don’t believe them.

Staff was friendly and responsive. The room was clean and well stocked. The property was well maintained and the pool and mini golf was fun for the whole family.

Reserved two condos seven months prior to our family's Disneyland trip. The day before our arrival. Club Wyndham informed me that "Due to unforseen circumstances,"I needed to find other accommodations. Part of our party had reserved a condo through a different reservation and they were not canceled. Obviously, finding a place close to the rest of our party the night before was not easy. This is a timeshare ownership property and I don't think they care about canceling a non members reservation

What an absolutely wonderful location just a bit away from Disneyland. Being within walking distance of the Toy Story parking lot is an absolute game changer for park days. We will absolutely be back as it provided a mix of relaxing pool days with park days at Disneyland! Would just love to just give a shout out to the amazing concierge text message service!

I liked the garden-like setting -- much nicer than a big-block hotel or a motel around a parking lot. My apartment was in the back and was very quiet. I liked having a good kitchen, a table to sit at for meals, and a sitting area with couch/chair and small balcony.

The WiFi was not very good; at times I could not get on it. There seemed to be an option to pay for better WiFi but when I clicked on the button for this, it wanted my credit card info without telling me how much it would cost -- probably that information is somewhere but I didn't try to find it and just managed with my phone as a hotspot. The bed was comfortable but only one side had a table, lamp, and outlets -- fine for one person but not for two. The sitting-room furniture was not particularly comfortable, and I kept hitting my legs on the large support panels under the table. These were all minor annoyances but added up to my not being interested in staying at this place again.

On my short stay at Dolphins Cove we had a bad experience with the cleanliness of our room. We checked in late August 4, 2024 and arrive in our room seeing dirty floors hairs all over bed and washroom as well as the couch. not something I was wanting to see after a long day. Being late no housecleaning was available, which I understand so the best option they had was giving me a new room which I took, and it was better than the first room, but still dirty found hairs in the sink and the fridge and a few on the bed still. After all the hassle, we just took the room and wanted to sleep, but I honestly don’t think I’ll ever be going back. Did not receive any. Sorry or nothing from anyone the following day to check up. I've been an owner with Worldmark for many years and have stayed at many places, but this by far was my worst experience at Worldmark and definitely will not be going back.

The website did not relay a two bedroom condo was equipped with only one bathroom. I would not have selected that option

Upon requesting additional coffee, despite its complimentary nature, it was brought to my attention that there would typically be a charge incurred. All hotels that I have stayed in have never charged for tea or coffee.

Condo was good and clean and all the furniture was new. Mat was little bit looks old and dirty but rest all other things was proper. Recommend to stay in this location
