Club Wyndham Dolphin's Cove

Booking overbooked and cancelled my reservation the same day I was to arrive and did not find a replacement I will never use them again and I have told everyone I know how they do business.

Actually heated pool (not just room temperature like other advertised heated pools) Very friendly and accomodating staff Lots of room both inside and outside of suites.

We always have enjoyed our stays at Dolphin’s Cove. It is great for families and super easy to get to and from Disneyland. The front desk staff was great with us also.

Crisp and clean

Booked this resort for it's proximity to the amusement parks. That's about where the benefits end. It's more of a hotel stay than anything. The smallest 2 bedroom I've ever been in. Had a balcony, but no BBQ. Just 4 for the entire 8 multi-unit buildings. And only 6 washers and dryers for everyone too. Good luck trying to use them. 1 of each where broken too during our stay. Showed up at 2 pm and was turned away because check in time was 4 pm. Showed up at 4 pm, but room still wasn't ready. No real explanation why untill after a lot of back and forth. We found out the strap holding the one dresser to the wall came off. So we couldn't go in until it was fixed. OMG! Clean enough, and ok pool. But definitely only a place to put your head down. Not setup to use as a functional space for the family. Walls and ceiling, NO sound proofing. Even the water pipes where loud. Any time the unit above would use the water, we heard it. It would drown out the TV when they would shower. Would not recommend.
