Club Wyndham Dolphin's Cove

Location to Disneyland was fair. The maintenance man they sent to help us with the problems in our room was kind.

One of the 2 rooms we stayed in smelled like fish for 2 nights of our 3 night stay. There was a leak in the living room that dripped loudly overnight. After checking out we were charged $30.00 dollars because "they mistakenly didn't charge the correct amount when we checked in".

Quiet. Comfortable. Easy access to Disneyland. Felt safe and secure.

It's for a business trip, about 15 minutes to walk to the convention center. Very convenient. Very nice hotel

Close to Disney and you can walk to many great restaurants. Pool was great and the staff were very friendly. We stayed in a 2 bedroom with another family and had groceries delivered from Walmart. Kitchen was well equipped and the location was very convenient and would stay again.

It looks like a beautiful place to stay and we were very excited for our trip! I made a reservation on Priceline five months before and on the day of our trip we received a call saying the hotel was overbooked! Bump the guy who reserved 5 months ago? Unethical business practice. Neither Priceline nor Dolphin Cove would admit to the decision.

Location was perfect to go to Disneyland. I also loved that they had a security gate. Wonderful heated pool and jacuzzi.

Bathroom fan was a little loud.

Every year I go to Disneyland for my son’s birthday and we always stay at Dolphins Cove but this stay has been by far the worst. The office kept calling me while I was at Disneyland trying to push a presentation on me, I kindly declined and explained I just wanted to enjoy my vacation but yet again they would call. We had a room near the main road and it was hard to sleep because you could hear cars passing all night long!! On top of that the balcony is boarded up so there’s no view at all. When I left I forgot 3 expensive items in the closet and when I called to retrieve the items they said they didn’t find anything but I know for a fact i left them in there. The housekeeper must not have cleaned the room or they would’ve found the items or the housekeeper kept them.

Upon entering the room, my boyfriend and I were able to tell it was cleaned very well! It was also quiet throughout the day and at night — the walls aren’t thin at all. Bed was pretty comfortable, and we were able to watch the Superbowl in our room which was really nice :) Staff was attentive, very courteous, and accommodating as well. We asked if we could check-in early due to arriving a few hours earlier than our flight, and although they were fully booked, they managed to get us in 30 minutes before regular check-in. As for the pools, my boyfriend and I didn’t go in ourselves, but we noticed that the two jacuzzis and the main pool looked clean and well-maintained. Loved the chairs and tables around the area too, we were able to relax for a bit while waiting for our room. A map is provided for the ice and vending machines you can find around the complex, as well as on-site laundry, etc. The hotel is only a little over a mile away from Disneyland, and there are lots of food places (walking distance!) in the area as well. Lyft rides to Disneyland and back were around $8 each! Super convenient location and I’m looking forward to booking another stay here again in the future.

We enjoyed everything! However, it’s understandable how people feel about the timeshare sales pitch/presentations, but we didn’t really have a problem since we don’t meet the age requirements for it anyway.
