There was only one staff member that was helpful. There was a lack of customer service and sketchy people staying there. Not enough towels, stained sheets, bugs crawling, the maids were never on time to clean. Caught them every morning sitting in their area talking and eating. Asked for towels 6 times and never got them. Pool and hot tub murky. Saw a few drug deals going on in the underground garage. Had plumbing water splashed all over the side of my truck as the maintenance guy was snaking the pipes in the underground garage. The floors in my room was making our feet black. The bathroom sink didn't drain right away. The was an ironing board but no iron in the room. You could see daylight through the door of the room. Smelled like pesticide in the elevator. Saw dirty sheets on the halls not being thrown away. No sprinkler system in case of fire. The list goes on.

The front counter night check in gentleman managed to find me a room with one bed.

I booked a room in advance and I even called to confirm. When I showed up to the property, no rooms were available and I told them that that was unacceptable. I showed them my confirmation, and after some back and forth, the gentleman gave me a room with one bed. I had to share a bed with my mom when I originally booked two queen beds. I will be contacting booking.com regarding this issue

Nothing

The room. Room was nothing like the photos. It smelled like cigarettes even though it was a none smoking room. Random people hanging around making it feel unsafe. The beds were uncomfortable. The toilet was not working and when we told the front desk they send someone to drop off a plunger expecting us to fix it, it never got fixed so we would have to go use the restroom elsewhere. The tv would come and go from being connected, so we couldn’t even watch it. The door only had one working lock.
