Customer service was very helpful when I needed to check-in earlier than the advertised time.

The meals were quite expensive, but this is not the fault of the hotel, everywhere in the UK is expensive due to factors outside their control.

"I didn’t not enjoy my stay this time like before. I love the hotel but this it felt different."

The property is clean but my room’s window doesn’t open for fresh air , the toilet fan was not working no wife

The fact that there is no WiFi and I couldn’t open my window for fresh air . Small fan in the room

It was very nice and the staff are all great always there to help out and get u settled in nice place to stay at oh and I got upgraded to a bigger room it was a nice room and a big tv

Parking should come with it but apart from that all good
