"Pool has been closed since June."

The pool and hot tub were closed over the entire Labor Day holiday. No advaced warning. Told that the pool pump/filtration system is in need of replacement and that the problem has been identified since June. Two of the 5 ice makers are out of service. The carpeting is badly worn. This Sheraton is far beneath the brand image. The staff are friendly and apologetic. We were given free drinks as an apology for the hot tub/pool. Felt sorry for the staff.

August 11 2025 stay Read other reviews here and Marriott site . .Notice manager has full time work to respond always responds to all poor reviews and always says for year or more they will fix. But none are done. Read the hotel responses .. the same words.. will fix. Just reply with words but with no action to resolve issues. Same issues persist . Property is degraded and poorly run . Should be removed as mattiott/ Sheraton member Management just taking money. 15$ night parking is another way they take money for their huge empty parking lot. This is way out of bounds! This property no longer suitable for prices and services.. pool closed . Sheraton club lounge closed for months . Intentional management action . Pool closed for weeks and no sign to open. Horrible buffet breakfast of food quality. No other menus options available for 18$ . Very poor food selection and quality for buffet. Snack shop always closed. This place should be avoided. I titanium elite member and see lot of properties. This is one of worst. Now read hotel reply to this review and compare to other reviews . It is copy and paste with promises that never happen.

"No ac! Broken pool!"

I really can't say anything was enjoyable. Disappointing start to a birthday weekend.

Not at all what it is advertised. For the price, we were expecting at least working ac. And our room was above the smoking area. We were forced to open a windows because it was so hot and got smoked out the whole time. We came for the pool and it was closed. The whole place seems to be in need of updating. Very disappointing stay will not come back. I'm genuinely shocked at the good reviews.
