This was the best Hotel that I have ever stayed at. And the customer service was so very nice. And let me tell yall about Ernest Welch he's the most sweetest and the nicest person that I meet. Loved the ambiance and cleanliness of this Embassy hotel located at 9940 Corporate Campus Drive. Rooms were big and spacious and you can tell it had been newly renovated. Everyone there was courteous and helpful. Will book this hotel again.

Here for work and the staff is just amazing! Chuck, Roxanne, and Cheryl are a delight during breakfast time. Best eggs over medium I've ever had! And the omelets are delish as well!!

The rooms were nice, breakfast was great, beds were comfortable.

We froze all night. All the thermostats will not go past 69°. Our room stayed at 68 all night when we set it at 72. Our family had 3 rooms and they were all the same. The remote in the bedroom also didn't work.

I went to the embassy suites Louisville east part of the Kentucky state employee training program and I have to say the hotel is absolutely amazing! Beds are comfortable, great breakfast selection, great workout and pool rooms! Then I met Ernest coming in to check in and out and he made my experience ever BETTER! I was a store manager for 10 years of my life and I would have loved to have an employee like Ernest! Friendly, kind, showed he actually cared about us and not just another guest staying at the hotel! I’ll be back for a few more weeks of training this month and can’t wait to see him again and stay at this amazing hotel again!
