"• Not Ideal for Families"

We rented two hotel rooms for the weekend and were excited to enjoy the pool with our kids, as it was listed as one of the amenities. However, when we went to swim, we were informed that reservations were required and only five people were allowed in the pool at a time for 30-minute sessions. Each of our rooms accommodates six people, so this policy made it very difficult for our family to use the pool together. Unfortunately, our kids were extremely disappointed. We understand that hotels may have policies in place, but these restrictions were not clearly communicated when booking. If you are traveling with a family, I recommend confirming pool rules in advance or considering another hotel. The listed amenities did not match our experience during the stay.

It was very frustrating to pick this location based on amenities and then be told we were not allowed to use them. There is nothing on their website that suggested the pool had to be reserved and even when we checked in we were not told we needed to make reservations. Needless to know it was very disappointing.

"Richmond"

I attended my aunt's funeral the weekend of a very bad snow storm. Abby and Ernest were outstanding!!! My flight was canceled because of the storm and Ernest and Abby made everything a smooth transition. The hotel was very clean and beautiful! It's the best embassy suites I've stayed in and that includes Temecula,CA. and Atlanta. Keep up the good work guys.

"Delightful Breakfast Experience!"

Chuck and Cheryl were wonderful! They were cheerful in the morning. They were engaging and funny. Absolutely delightful!! Food made to order was delicious too!! The hotel is beautiful, clean and a great location for our soccer tournament. Rooms are spacious and the cost with breakfast and happy hour included is excellent!
