Location and cleanliness

Check-out time is unfair. I asked the lady on the morning shift for a late check-out, she was rude and said to me that I could stay until 12 p.m., but if I exceeded that time I would be charged for one full night. Her tone was threatening. I believe her name is Mathese. Ms. Mathese failed to show courtesy to the guests.
