Room was 58 degrees. Blanket on bed did not keep me warm. Thermostat didn’t warm room

I love that the staff was always available to assist and Jessica made my family feel comfortable and home away from home. Thanks Again

The staff and room rated the review but I was disappointed that the handicap room was several steps (or elevator) down since I requested first floor—my ignorance.

It was perfect location for us

Our bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly - there was still open used soap on sink

Location, personal service, price all good for me. shuttle to Mayo. Easy parking . Near restaurants and a mall.Manager is Jessica a great gal.

The good: close to Mayo Clinic. The pool was empty.

It was not very clean. It was particularly dirty, but there were dead bugs, and dirt places. Our heat didn’t work in our room. Thankfully the manager changed us rooms, but it was at 9pm. We have three young kids and travel with lots of stuff. Was a pain to change rooms. The internet was down for the whole first night. We called down to the front desk and they were not helpful. The lock on the door to our second room didn’t work. It locked with the deadbolt, but if you didn’t use the deadbolt it didn’t lock, so we couldn’t leave the room. I called before check in about a late check out. The lady I spoke to was super friendly. When I went to check in, the late check out was only an option if we paid extra. I understand this completely but not at all what was discussed prior to check in. The manager said the call center doesn’t always know the hotel policies.

I travel for work and personal reasons. This was the worst hotel I have been to in a long time. Broken heat/AC in the first room and bed bugs in the 2nd. Tried to check out early and neither corporate or the person at the desk had the authority to help. We will be back in the area again soon and I don't even want to be in the same zip code as this hotel.
