It was close to the venue that we were there for. Easy to get to.

That breakfast was only till 9am, wished it was until 10am.

A hot tub was advertised. Did not have one. Did. It get to have breakfast due to ONE waffle maker. There are may late rime sensitive events that happen around there.

Nice, clean hotel with a pool and breakfast. Location was great for what we wanted. Beds and park lot could use an update, but than that nice hotel and all employees i came into contact were friendly and helpful.

I stay here every time I need to come to Mayo Clinic. Staff is great and the rooms are clean. Always a good stay.

Not much

Super old bathroom. Plaster falling off the walls. Fixtures in tub were loose. AC was extremely loud and couldn’t be adjusted. Light switch didn’t work. Hard pillows

Booking.com gives hotels who false advertise take your money for cancelation fees, even when you see the condition of the hotel and the front desk guy tells you they dont have your credit card info THEY wont charge you, you call booking.com and tell them everything and dont stay there, booking.com will then tell you everythingwill be ok and you wont be charged and then turn around and charge you $100 cancelation fee and give it to the hotel! First impression of hotel, the parking lot is half dirt. The hotel is rundown and dirty. Pool area is rusty. There is no hot tub.

The breakfast was a very cheap just not good

Does staff was very unknowable that they had dirty toŵels i was\nGiving toŵela dirty room the heat was on and the air conditioner was not working. The microwave did not work. I had to change rooms, the staff was very uncaring about your complaint, especially attendant, call Alex. Attitude. He would always say, I don't know you should know more about where he's working.
