Shuttle bus to mayo clinic was good

- Keycard to room broke 4 times - stayed for 6 days, towels changed on day 4 after several requests - room very run down. Several things broken in room and shower - staff were not attentive and very loud

Location

Pool closed. Wasn’t given the room photographed in the BOOKING website. Drug bust in lobby with police offlcers when leaving hotel site. My partner did not feel safe alone there while I was in the hospital. Does it matter. I believe nobody ever looks at these posts or responds to them anyway, just a place too vent and move on .
