Meliá Koh Samui

This was our third stay at Melia, and once again it exceeded our expectations. We absolutely love this hotel and its beautiful location at Choeng Mon. The resort is set in a stunning environment, is impeccably clean, and every member of the team is genuinely outstanding. We cannot recommend Melia highly enough. A very special mention goes to the amazing team at the Kids Club, particularly DaDa. She remembers our boys every time we return, and they are always so excited to see her. We all share big hugs when we arrive and are genuinely sad to say goodbye when we leave. DaDa consistently goes above and beyond her role, creating such special memories for our family and making our children feel incredibly valued and cared for. Thank you, DaDa – Melia is truly fortunate to have you as part of the team. Thank you to everyone at Melia for another fantastic holiday. We look forward to seeing you all again very soon. This hotel is amazing. I have stayed here several times, and I am always very happy when I come back. The staff are always smiling, friendly, and ready to help with anything you need. A special thank you to Baw, who does a fantastic job and always makes us feel welcome, he is the best!! I highly recommend the room with Level Pool Access. It is definitely worth it. The lounge is also very good, with great food, drinks, and a nice atmosphere. The people who worked in the lounge were very friendly and welcoming. A special thank you to Matteo and the rest of the team for their excellent service. Every stay has been a great experience, and I will definitely be back again. Highly recommended!

This was the first time back since they completed the renovations. Had an amazing time. Baw made our stay especially great with his helpfulness and friendliness. The entire team was lovely. Possibly the best breakfast selection I've ever seen. Can't wait to go back.

הבריכת אינפנטי הייתה בשיפוצים, אמנם פיצו בהסעות למרקט אבל לי בעיקר הפריע הרעש של השיפוצים בחוף, פרט לכך היה ממש כיף

We like the accommodation at the boat, easy access to the wifi’s and the lagoon pool.

The infinity pool wasn’t available until our last day and it was very disappointing. The breeze restaurant took our order for dinner and lost it after leaving us waiting for an hour. The room service for dinner that we ordered on our first night was late by over an hour. Breakfast buffet was limited.
