The bathroom TV did not work, the fireplace did not work, wallpaper was peeling, there was visible dirt/dust in the room, and staff entered my room before the authorized time and removed my personal property. The text messages with your team show that the hotel was aware the room was not meeting expectations and that the room may not have reflected the updated photos/designs shown online. I would also like to address the response I received when I raised these concerns. I was told that “guests request this room all the time.” I found that response dismissive and minimizing, especially given the documented issues with cleanliness, maintenance, broken features, peeling wallpaper, dust, and visible dirt. My concerns were not about personal preference or décor style. They were about the condition, cleanliness, functionality, and handling of the room.

The service was exceptional. Everything you need is right there either located in the resort or steps away for a trip with your girlfriends

My stay in your hotel and resort was absolutely amazing. I haven't seen such helpful, friendly and welcoming staff anywhere, and I was in many resorts and resorts all over Europe and Carribean. Usually I can't sleep in the new place and have to take sleeping pills. Not the case in your room. Mattress was so good that I fell asleep right away better than at home. Food was great including how it was prepared and decorated. I did not see empty bowls with fruit, sweets. The staff always brought more and no one had to wait. Your coffee mashies work perfect and selection is of coffee is very abundant and generous. I loved your gardens. It is big, but many private secluded places so you can sit and talk privately or read. Those Greek statues in the lobby, sound of running creek and flowers, hydrangeas of different warm colours is a piece of art. Loved this place in the lobby with baby blue leather armchairs. I was with my coworkers for conference, but I will return to your resorts again. My soul rested there!

The room was fabulous and the bed so comfortable. It was so clean! At night there was no noise at all. I loved the nepresso machine and pods! And a big thank you to the staff who always seemed to know what you wanted before you asked.
