White Oaks Conference & Resort Spa

I stayed here for a conference and we were well taken care of! This resort/hotel is beautiful. The staff are all so pleasant and friendly. The hotel and grounds are extremely well kept and the virtual assistant via text is an amazing feature! The fresh flowers were such a lovely touch and the food, although expensive, was amazing. You even get real toilet paper in your room, not the typical crappy hotel toilet paper! I definitely would love to return for a getaway with my husband. I personally didn’t use any of the facilities provided (gym, pool, hair salon etc) but I heard great things about them. The grounds in the back with the fountain and strong bistro lights was absolutely beautiful. It’s also a nice touch to receive a gift card when you choose not to have your room serviced during your stay!

Much more than expected Expansive fitness facilities. Guest focused service. Dinner at Liv was a dining experience.

We just returned from White oaks resort & Spa to celebrate my birthday. We had done this previously and since I could pick where I wanted to go, this was my top choice. Being our 4th time there speaks volume when you are looking for a place that makes you feel truly appreciated. The customer service at this resort deserves a lot of praise. They go the extra mile to make sure that you are having a great stay and that your needs are met. From the time that we walked in, after chatting a couple of minutes with the doorman, we were greeted with a big smile at the check-in counter. I had booked a spa appointment where I was going right away, but my husband took care of taking our belongings to our room. They have such a beautiful spa facility, so relaxing, and Sarah was great. I enjoyed every minute of my time spent there. When I arrive at our room, there was a bag full of treats for me! Really yummy treats and all gluten-free, so I was able to enjoy them all, did share with my husband. The room, on the 4th floor, was awesome. So clean and everything shine. The layout is great, best shower, two robes in the room, fridge, everything that you could possibly need. Very impressive. We spent some time at the pool area before having a walk through the gorgeous gardens, then an early dinner. Caitlin at Play Bar, was so nice. She brought us two glasses of champagne, so appreciated the gesture. A great waitress who suggested a couple of things for me who has celiac. No problem finding options for me, another reason why this place is perfect for our one-night getaway. They also have a great rewards program which gives you perks on your next stay. If you've never been here, do yourself a favour and do it. We know that we will be back for sure. Thanks to everyone.

We’ve been using White Oaks for our corporate meetings and events for several years now, and they’ve honestly been amazing every time. The staff are incredibly professional, friendly, and always willing to help with anything we need. They make organizing events so much easier because everything is handled so smoothly. The food is always excellent too — fresh, well presented, and consistently good, whether it’s breakfast meetings, lunches, or larger group dinners. Our team and guests always leave impressed. The location in Niagara-on-the-Lake is perfect because it’s easy to get to, beautiful, and has a relaxing atmosphere that makes work events feel a little less stressful. The hotel and conference areas are always spotless, well organized, and feel very safe and comfortable for everyone attending. Overall, White Oaks has become our go-to venue for corporate events because they’re reliable, professional, and genuinely care about the guest experience. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone planning meetings, conferences, or corporate events.

Bed was not comfortable the first night but ok after that.

I was completely impressed by White Oaks from the moment I approached the entrance. Everyone was immediately helpful and friendly making eye contact and asking me if I needed help or directions. Check in was smooth and easy. My room was lovely and ultra clean with an amazing view. I stayed at White Oaks for a conference and I have to say that their amenities are second to none. I wouldn’t hesitate to return to White Oaks for business or with friends and family. In fact, I plan to return so I can check out their spa! White Oaks is super close to many, many local wineries of Niagara on the Lake which is an area I adore. They also have some great shopping at the Outlet Collection across the street.

We stay here often. It is clean and the staff are excellent. They have a beautiful flower display in the lobby and often have a pianist. We love the location being across the street from the outlet mall and MsDonalds. The restaurants on site are also good.

My husband and I celebrated a Special birthday with 6 other friends. We brought our own cake and the bellman offered to take it from me and store in their fridge. Check in was smooth. Our room was perfect. At dinner we had complimentary champagne and they served our cake at no charge. At breakfast we had complimentary chocolate covered strawberries as they knew it was his birthday. Dinner was excellent. Our evening waitress, Cynthia, wasn’t the friendliest though. Everyone else was outstanding.
