The location was right off access road and it was like being at a race track all throughout the night. At one point during the night (2am) hotel guest across from our room started arguing in the hall and then took it out into the parking lot, which was still disturbing. The bed linens looked and felt as if they were worn and dinghy. Pillow was molded into one round ball!

Being double charged for my room, I paid through booking com before arrival and was charged again when I arrived. When I called to complain, I had to spend several hours being transferred over and over again to the automated system. When I finally got escalated to the right team member; they filed the the complaint to wrong hotel. Later I got calls from the wrong hotel, requesting I amend the complaint. So I had to call back and start the process over to amend another issue caused by the representatives not doing their job correctly. I spent many hours on hold and being transferred again just to change the location of the complaint. Still no resolution has been found.
