"Not a great experience - TTU Graduation"

Location and price.

The check in (to 30 minutes), the room (no phone connected, bed lights didn't work, no blow dryer, no carpet, stove looked terrible), the amenities, and the construction.

I liked the staff, they were very nice.

I didn’t appreciate having to pay $100 deposit. I didn’t see anything about a deposit when I reserved the room.

"wouldn't come back"

The floors were dirty, the bed skirt on one of the beds had a nasty stain on it, we only had one roll of toilet paper in the room for 3 people and 3 nights, the TV didn't work all that great, it was NOT what we expected from the photos and booking online.

Convenient location. Good price.

They advertised free breakfast- granola bars and packaged muffins do not a breakfast make. Also no coffee makers in the room as advertised. Room was also not ready at check-in time
