The hotel is in an good condition for a 5 star hotel, but the design and furniture are very outdated. The parking is owned by a third party company, so you're not allowed to park your own car, you have to give it to the valet or park on the street, when I spoke to the front desk about it, the lady started bragging about how she went around the world's hotels and it's always like that, you're never allowed to use the hotel's parking in any hotel. We only had one towel for 2 people, I had to call 3 times for them to finally send me a towel 45mins later. No one the help by the pool, no bartender, not even towel service.

Room service was not fast & proper. They didn't get me the full order from the first time. And it took them a long time to send the rest of my breakfast.

Client service very poor. Location not ideal especially if you have to go to the other side of town or Cory center. Way overpriced for what you get.
