Hilton Garden Inn Anchorage

Husband like pool/hot tub area. Lot of public seating areas for breakfast and bar.

Window in the room was difficult to open. Summer prices are too high in my opinion but that seems to be an industry standard.

Hotel was comfortable and fit our travel needs. Clean rooms and shuttle big plus. Breakfast buffet was well worth the $$

Easy parking

There are no in room safes. When I asked the desk clerk was very rude and said they had safety deposit boxes. Having in room safes is pretty much a standard thing. When I took the stairwell down to the first floor the outside door was ajar, huge security problem. Took the shuttle from downtown.. the driver was talking to his girlfriend in a foreign language, extremely unprofessional. All in all worst Hilton experience ever.

Not very good at all. I will start off with the positive. The staff were very polite and helpful. However, the hotel room was far below what you should have expect from Hilton. The room was in poor condition. The towel hook in the bathroom had broken off the door. The room temperature was 71 when we arrived.We lowered the thermostat to 65 and after running all night the temperature was 74. All the unit did all night was make noises. The door to the room sounded like a scene from Young Frankenstein, Our room # was 223. Overall not what you deserve for over $500 a night.

Very comfortable nights sleep. The bed and pillows were great. First room we were put in the air conditioning made a terrible noise but staff quickly rectified the problem and moved us to another room. The breakfast was one of the best we have had. Close to the airport. Would definitely recommend this hotel
