Great location, easy access to old town, Lion Monument, Lake Lucerne, restaurants and shops. 10 minute walk to the train station. Pleasant and helpful staff. Nice breakfast. Appreciated having air conditioning

Self check in didn’t work for us. The kiosk was glitchy. We went next door to the sister hotel and their front desk agent was very helpful and got us checked in.

The staffs were very friendly and super warming and welcoming. I enjoyed my 5d4n stay here and it was spectacular. Coop is just nearby , the bus to luzernhof train station is nearby too. All the facilities were there. Nearby amenities.

The bedroom and bathroom are very spacious and clean. The location is great.
