"Goed hotel voor stop-over met goede bedden en heerlijk ontbijt"

Goed verzorgd hotel, waar je zelf voor je check-in zorgt, waarbij de kamer zeer netjes was en het ontbijt uitstekend. Zowaar bij het ontbijt personeel tegen het lijf gelopen. Met op loopafstand een parkeergarage, waar de auto veilig stond

Waren bereits das zweite Mal hier. Perfekte Lage, wenn man mit der Bahn anreist. Altstadt fußläufig zu erreichen. Busverbindungen gratis in der Zone 10 und das war vollkommen ausreichend. Sehr sauber! Bad renoviert mit schöner Dusche. Klimaanlage und elektronische Jalousien. Haben um ein Zimmer in den Innenhof (absolut ruhig) gebeten und es auch bekommen! Self check-in unkompliziert. Man braucht für das Kofferschließfach eine 5 Franken- oder 2 Euromünze. Für uns ist dieses Hotel perfekt, auch das Preis-Leisungsverhältnis sehr gut. Luzern ist wunderschön, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Das Frühstück war zwar ausreichend, aber wir hätten uns Abwechslung gewünscht. Ananas, Gurke und ein paar Cocktailtomaten, jeden Tag dasselbe. Eier waren lauwarm und Rührei gab es nicht. Kaffee sehr gut und Personal sehr freundlich! Im Bad hätte ich mir dringend einen Kosmetikspiegel gewünscht. Bin stark kurzsichtig und muss daher nahe an den Spiegel um mich zu verschönern :-)
