Staff was friendly and helpful. I'm sorry for them they have to work in such a poorly managed place.

TV didn't work. Coffee maker was broken. Free wifi was hard to access. Only one working treadmill in the fitness center. Coffee available in the lobby only for a short time in the morning. Breakfast was mediocre and expensive. Some of the furniture was worn. Bed was uncomfortable. Rooms were not very clean with dust on surfaces and hair in the shower, worn bed linen. Key card entry was difficult. Location was confusing to enter and exit.

"Pleasant. Close to downtown. Would stay again."

Clean and friendly, professional staff. Didn't utilize amenities. Provided soap/shampoo/conditioner etc were pleasantly scented and gentle on skin and hair. King size beb was not bad, a lot better than some I have slept upon. King size pillows were so perfect I wanted to keep them. Would stay again.

Not a darn thing.
