No pool, not notified of that No room service like fresh towels daily Breakfast was not included Dog convention I should have been told and allowed to cancel The women who called me today needs training in customer service. Hanging up on me was unbelievable.. telling me to call Booking. Com to have them call her for a one refund TOTALLY NOT PROFESSIONAL I don't think staying at one. there places anytime soon.
