Canalta Rocky Mountain House

All good

This is one of the best “stays” on the map! The staff from the management, the desk staff and the breakfast servers could not have been more helpful and nice. They seemed like a welcoming family. We were 4 senior ladies travelling and on arrival our baggage was delivered to our room, followed by offers to help in any other way. We texted a request for additional chair and toiletries. The response was immediate. The breakfast was terrific with china cups and plates. No disposables here! The meal was complete with eggs, waffles, yogurt, bacon,sausage, potatoes, and more.

What’s not to like? Nothing!

Getting run down, looks tierd and needs maintenance. Breakfast is bare bones and eggs tasted funny. Probably owned and operated by jeets

We had a wonderful stay at the Canalta Hotel! My kids and partner loved the pool and waterslide, the beds were comfortable, and everything was very clean. The breakfast was excellent with lots of options. I have Celiac Disease, and I really appreciated the separate gluten-free toaster, gluten-free bread, and packaged items that made me feel safe eating there. A special thank you to Finn and Janice in the breakfast area, they were so kind, helpful, and kept everything spotless. All the staff were very friendly, and we truly enjoyed our stay!
