Eggs were fine, but the balance of breakfast was not great.

Noise in the early morning - vacuuming above some of our rooms.

This is a perfect place for families. The pool was great and the kids loved the water slide and spent most of their time in the pool. The breakfast was better than any place that I had been that includes a breakfast. I was surprised at the variety of food plus the fact that they cook waffles fresh while you wait for them! As for the rooms they were very clean and adequate for our needs. We will come again to this hotel, and even without the kids, we enjoy the pool and hot tub. As well, a restaurant is a very short walk away.

Everything good except cleaning ladies start way too early. 5:00 AM every morning (maybe because my room #322 is right beside cleaning room?) Cleaning carts, garbage bags rattling, conversations, laughing, etc. Are hotel clientele checking out at 5 AM? Maybe some but I suggest the majority probably not. Thanks for reading -Mark

Refused my booking.com res. Because I use a visa debit. No deposit allowed. My a senior, my son is 35. Apparently a high risk to their over priced hotel. We found much better, friendlier and welcoming accommodations nearby, ended up stating 2 days instead of 1. Your policies suck. That's a first for me.

Overall our stay was pleasant. The staff were very friendly and caring. The lady in the breakfast room was exceptional, she brought us our waffles when they were done. She also showed a good rapport with the oilfield night crew who were late getting back for site and made the feel welcome. Our kids loved the pool and especially having the slide.

We found both rooms that we had booked, had a stale atmosphere to the room when we first walked in, even though their was air circulation in it. It almost seemed like it was a smoking room at one point but wasn't thoroughly cleaned. But that is just our impression, other than that the hotel was pretty clean in general.
