"Passable"

Location to family residence.

HVAC unit was making loud noise when in operation. Toilet was running water off and on all night. Room had one electric outlet that we could find, no charging port for phone.

"Caution on how to make reservation"

Tried to make a reservation by phone. It was 607 area code so I thought it was a local Norwich NY number. Turned out to be a 3rd party hacker and I really got ripped off. When I asked how much the deposit was, she told me the full amount. I said NO. She hung up and processed it Be careful where you make your reservation from. Won't go to a hotel again.....very upset.

"Not the same hotel as the first few times I stayed"

I have stayed at this location three or four times prior to this one. The quality has gone down. My first assigned room was not clean and had a broken lock and the entire hotel had an odor. I was assisted by being reassigned to a new room that was in much better condition. I did freeze all night, as I could not find a thermostat and then the next morning as I was leaving, noticed a "heat" button on the AC unit in the wall, so that would have been helpful to know so I didn't wake up cold all night long. The first woman who assisted me with a new room didn't even apologize for the condition of the initial room, but the man at checkout was very apologetic for the experience and I appreciated the acknowledgment. I was able to get refunded for the second night that I chose not to stay and was appreciate of that as well.

"Clean, comfortable & good price."

Clean comfortable. Price was good for a weekend stay. Front desk, housekeeping & all Staff were awesome. Not sure about breakfast as I had fruit & pastries that I brought. My one complaint is in 2024 they had no cell phone chargers in the outlets in my room. You might want to bring a jack & cord with you.
