Did not see any breakfast. Location was okay.

The faucet handle came off in our hands. Then we had to put back on and hold it in place to use it. Door key won't work. They had to recalibrate it so we waited. Then the SAP was on the TV and the personal did not know how to take it off, nothing was on the remote to remove it with!!!

It was nice

I was assigned a room clearly designated for a disabled guest, specially designed bathroom fixtures, etc. I'm not disabled and did not request. Also, blanket on bed too thin; nightlight in bathroom had no buld and hair dryer didnt work

The clerk at night was not friendly at all or maybe had bad night

Had 4 non-smoking rooms, 3 of the rooms had blankets covered in cigarette burns. Rooms were somewhat clean overall, but need updating and repairs, but the staff was excellent.

I didn't like the broken TV besides that everything was pretty okay

Room was fine. Staff was rude

Could have used 2 chairs for the 2 people there.

The check-in process was easy, and the hotel was located conveniently on a main road. The property itself was a bit shabby, though, and very basic. While it was generally clean, areas that don’t get much use (such as behind the desk, where we had to plug chargers in) were very dusty and looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. And there were few options for plugging in our chargers. A number of things were broken/missing: the plug for the sink, the vent for the hvac unit, and the towel hook in the bathroom. And the floors are bare (no carpet). The beds were comfortable and clean, as was the bathroom, so despite the issues, it’s decent enough to spend the night if you need to.
