The Outrigger is n the best beach area. You could walk to everything. We had a courtyard room where you could walk out from the room on ground floor. The service was excellent, we had an app to text if something was needed they came in like minutes. This hotel is not over the top fancy, but it is just right especially for the price. We booked through Costco got excellent price and got resort fees covered and parking fees. Dont hesitate to book this no frills hotel it is more authetic than the fancy hotels nearby. The employees of the hotel were very nice and helpful. Would go back here again!!!!!

We have been coming to this hotel for 16 years and it is our home away from home. Risteta on the housekeeping staff is delightful and a wonderful host. Michelle at the front desk gives such a warm welcome and remembers us from years past. All of the staff at the cultural center care deeply about sharing the beauty of Hawaiian culture with you.

We went here on our honeymoon and booked a signature partial ocean view. Paid 2/3 upfront. Don’t waste your time and money upgrading to signature rooms, they will just downgrade you to the lower version. After a night in a downgraded room and hours of back and fourth, they finally found a signature room for our last two nights. Lies to us and claimed the signature rooms were damaged by storms but low and behold, they found one after two calls. Great way to ruin a honeymoon or vacation by booking with this rude hotel and staff.
