"The rooms size was great. Food places was in walking distance."

The night time front desk, lady was very nice.

I had to pay twice and it messed up my available funds for my stay. Miss communication by the morning staff. Would have went home if we hadn’t driven so far

Property was clean and quiet.

Having to take your own trash out, and property prefers you to reuse your towels and you get replacement towels on certain days.

The room was spacious.

The tile floor was nasty. We had to keep either our socks on or wear our shoes when we got out of bed to use the bathroom. Usually when we book a room with a balcony you can sit out there. The balcony was useless. The rooms need to be upgraded. Our heat didn't work. When we took a shower the water was barely warm. The toilet didnt flush correctly. Also we were charged a resort fee. I am not sure what for because its just a normal hotel to us. And we were not aware of the fee until after we had paid for it. We couldn't find another hotel so we just stayed. We had to leave earlier then expected because of a storm coming in.
