Coconut Malorie Resort Ocean City, Ascend Collection Hotel

Staff was really friendly. Properly needs some help, had to change rooms because no hot water, new room had a broken hairdryer, ac/heat didn’t work.not free parking, pool and hot tub closed disappointing stay

We had a really lovely time and the staff was incredibly helpful with all our needs to the music festival we were in town for.

We've stayed at the coconut several times. LOVE that it's on the Bayside with the beautiful sunset.

Fagers was very loud all night playing music. Normally it doesn't bother me but this time it did. I understand it's out of your control. Besides that our stay was perfect as usual.

The lobby has been updated in the last few years since our last stay. Thankfully the bed looks newer but the couch and chairs wouldn’t even sit on. They’re stained and and visibly nasty, shredded and the room had a very musty smell. Everything stayed damp throughout the week and there was a visible leaking problem on the ceiling near the bed- looks like the ceiling is falling and has a hole and dark patches which have been painted over not repaired. The view was beautiful but the patio doors stayed open the entire time so we didn’t get mold poisoning.
