My experience was in the words of my children "like going to Disney world"! Neriah and Adam too such AMAZING care of us, they went above and beyond to make our stay just as special as the occasion that we were celebrating!! Renaissance Boulder Flatiron Hotel has been our home away from home since they opened about 20 years ago. We on average stay twice a year. This year we had 4 stays scheduled. After today I am canceling them all. We are not top level, no one important. We are lifetime silver, probably gold next year. However we have consistently stayed at this hotel because we are from this area, made friends with Mike the bartender and feel comfortable. New staff at the check in. Rude, condescending and they have ruined long time customers. When asked for a manager there was none. I won’t go in to detail but we both tried real hard to be pleasant and to turn around their attitudes. I have called customer care and also filed a report online. In the meantime I have canceled two of the four upcoming reservations. We will move on., but shame on them. If you are considering them I would say there are plenty of other places with a lot nicer employees.
