How hard the beds were, the rust around the vents, the air conditioner detached from wall and space between fiilled with foam. The trash and old furniture stashed behind the hotel that u can see from the street. None of this was shown on the website when booking.

I wasn't sure how large the rooms were so I just chose a queen bed room aside from being feeling displaced my cat has finally transitioned into our new living situation

First night I stay here I tried to use the telephone to call the front desk. It doesn't work. I went to the front desk and advise the front desk person that I had a phone in my room that was not working. They offered no type of explanation of why a broken phone is in a hotel room.

Front desk person was friendly. The shower was large and accessible

Mattress was too hard making it uncomfortable. . A mattress topper would have been appreciated

Entered the building and no one was at the front desk so I rang the bell. The employee was doing something down the hall and said in an unfriendly tone that I didn’t need to ring the bell as she was right there. I had no idea she was an employee. She had very greasy hair and was not dresses very professional for a front desk employee. The mattress springs were broken on the one side of the bed. You could see this without pulling the bedding down. The lid to the toilet was broken. The refrigerator had someone’s food inside. I’ve stayed here before and the rooms were cleaner. I wonder if they “remodeled “ some rooms but not this one. The price was too much for the condition of the room.

The staff was a great and even let me complete a Zoom call for business post 11 am checkout. The staff was extremely friendly as well.
