"Crappie service."

The Saturday night shift person was helpful even though she was stuck in a position. No laundry was done and they had no towels for us, our room was not cleaned while we were out. So no clean towels were in our room.

The customer service was not good. Workers were rude.

"Brutal room management."

Half of the rooms were empty and they placed a guest next to me (which had a connecting door)...so I had the priviledge of listening to their entire conversation along with their TV until way after 11. Was't the guests fault-these places have this issue...but to put them right next to me for no reason - would never stay again. Staff was friendly and the place was fine other than that-but when you have a 6am meeting-no thanks.
