"A bad experience all around."

Wet carpets Noisy No extra pillows or towels Customer service was poor at best - at 1st tried to put us in a room with debris all over the floor. When I went back and told them, I was asked "what do you want me to do about it?" Then I was reluctantly given a key to a room on another floor.
