Nice comfortable place to stay

Maybe some bagels at breakfast would help out

Coffee was good.

Hospitality completely lacking - no greeting, no smiles, no thank you for staying with us, etc. Room not clean - carpet appeared not to have been vacuumed, mold on wall behind bathroom door, deterioration where bathtub meets wall, window curtain not attached in center, just overall poor. "Breakfast" was pathetic.

Mouse in the room. Grime on the lamps, carpet, and tabletops. A fake press-on nail on the carpet outside my room when I checked in (definitely not mine). Front desk staff were nowhere to be found, and Banta Management's lack of urgency, follow-through, and communication is beyond unprofessional. The property should be utterly mortified by the level of filth, neglect, and complete lack of care or respect shown to their guests. An absolutely appalling experience from start to finish. For a brand under the Wyndham name, this experience reflects an alarming disregard for guests’ health, safety, and dignity.

One thing that really irritates me is when room don't have complete coverage of the widows for privacy, but also for keeping the light out of the room so you can sleep in a dark environment. The neighbor had a very bright light that shined into the room making it hard to sleep.
