"Won't use Super 8 in the future."

The room was clean & neat. NO wifi access that I knew about

The hotel was in a fairly decent area but there were sketchy people hanging around, the employees did NOT look professional, they didn't wear uniforms, weren't very friendly, didn't look clean, smoked right outside the exterior doors. Strange cars with occupants allowed to sit right outside for HOURS.

"BEDBUGS"

BED BUGS! Upon discovering the bugs, I alerted the front desk clerk who told me the manager would not be in until after Midtnight or the next day. I immediately left and after many attempts by Expedia to obtain a refund on my behalf, they were unsuccesful. In addition, the hotel is dirty and in disrepair.
