Staff was awesome, location was also good. Room was ok bed was comfortable

Smell in the hallway, very runned down looking, free breakfast consists of coffee, individual package blueberry muffin, granola bars.

Was not offered breakfast. Got my own outside the hotel

I went to make some coffee in the room but, The coffee maker was not cleaned from the last use. The used pouch remained in the machine. The cups although sealed in plastic wrapper, the wrappers had holes like bugs had eaten it. In the cups were tiny black stuff like bug droppings. Overly disgusting. The remote could turn the television on and off but not change channels. This and other issues I brought this to the attention of the manager.

I love staying in this hotel. It's close to the bus station, very convenient and overall comfortable. The front desk staff is always available and very accommodating. The rooms are always clean, warm, and pretty quiet. I appreciate this little hotel and the great job the staff is doing. Thanks a lot!

Breakfast very limited, taking $100 deposit rather than just holding . We are an international couple so every time Super 8 actually takes a deposit rather than holding the money, we get bank charges - very annoying .

It would have been perfect that the washing machine was working. We kind of expected it to be available, but it was out of order our whole time we were there. About half of the times we stayed over the years, the machines would be out of order for one reason or another. Maybe they can get more reliable machines! Otherwise I stay was perfect I mean really clean quiet safe just a good visit. Happy trails!
