Perfect - even the coffee was good😊

It’s very out dated, the pictures on booking are not how it looks inside, building seemed to have plumbing issues, cracks through out the ceilings, smelled musty/moldy, can tell someone slapped the flooring together because it was all messed up, the toilet was stocking back and forth as you sat on it, no elevator to second floor, random things broken, needs a major update, wasn’t cleaned very well the side table had grease stains and red pepper flakes from someone else, hair stuck on shower wall

Needed better lighting for a room you had to close curtains for privacy.Bathroom needed updating badly!Not that clean,old dirty carpets

The Only good part about the room was that the soaps in the bathroom weren't bad (as my son said)

The room advertised looked nothing like the room they were put in and there were many things about the room that were unsettling. It smelled really bad. One of the beds fell apart, the lamps didn't work. and there was torn carpeting and there was pee all over the bathroom wall, and handprints. When they went to the front desk to bring it to staff attention, they were told that what they were seeing on the bathroom walls was "probably just cleaner residue" and then they were given a bottle of deoderizer to spray in the room to try to help whatever the smell was that was in there. No offer to have someone clean the room or give them a nicer, cleaner room. Overall I would definitely never book this for my family to stay in the future.

I like that the staff was friendly.

The prices were inflated because of the NY State Bowling tournament. My television didn't work and it took the maintenance guy a few hours to fix. The shower was set up the wrong way. When you turn to the cold side you got hot water and when you turn the nozzle to the hot side you got cold water.

The safe was nice.

They had homeless people staying there hanging out in front playing music loud, and walking throughout the building. I saw someone i know who is down on her luck, and she asked me for money and I responded by saying no I don't carry cash, then she proceeded to ask me to go to the ATM for 20 dollars. I did not like my stay, and I feel I should be compensated.
