Check in was not good. Missed one of the rooms I booked. Other than that it was good.

Shuttle was great! Great front desk customer service

The elevator is awful. Slams shut and open them like jiggles. One of the hot tubs was out of order. Staff at night would just disappear with the later guy going to sit in his car have to wait till he decided to come back inside.

We were disappointed in the front desk staff. The attendant didn’t greet us when we arrived. My husband and I arrived separately, and he had to initiate the conversation. When I arrived, the clerk never looked up, never said one word, and seemed extremely aloof. We had to ask if they planned to put cookies out in the evening. The cookie tray was not clean each night. Some of the breakfast food was served burned. One of our room keys was not working every single night and the final night we were there both keys malfunctioned. A major disappointment for our weekend stay in Eagan, MN

The rooms were nice ! This place seems to always be busy and the parking lots a little small so sometimes finding a spot to park after going somewhere was a challenge.

Front desk staff very friendly and helpful! Check in was quick and easy. I appreciated her kindness and personality! Room has a different smell to it and could certainly be updated and cleaned a little more thoroughly, but overall ok for the price and limited availability in the area.

The first room the refrigerator dont work so we need to move to another room the second room the AC leaks, the floor was wet and they said if we stayed in the room we are going to get a discount and we still waiting for the manager calls for the discount

Breakfast was cold and not good. Hot tub did not work. Towels in the room where dirty. Shower did not have any water pressure. No working overhead lights in room working. No extra blankets room was cold.
