We checked in and got our room keys but when we entered the room we found it had not been cleaned. They apologized and have us the room we had originally asked for. It all turned out fine. I enjoyed the freshly baked cookies that were available on our first night there. Was looking forward to more on our second night

"Choose somewhere different."

Rooms stink like mildew and urine. Shampoo/soap has to go on the shower floor. Elevator is use at your own risk! The elevator doors don’t close and they bang together horribly. Hotel storage room doors left open and they are complete disasters. Won’t stay here in the future.

The property needs a maintenance update. Elevator doors slam open and closed, they are way out of adjustment. Facet for the shower was very hard to move. Took several tries to get it fixed. Toilet often would not refill until I took the top off and wiggled the fill valve. When it did fill it took up to 4 minutes. I made numerous maintenance requests but it was never fixed. Maids missed cleaning up the room one day after I requested service.
