Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Eagan, MN

The elevator was super scary, door slams really hard. Hot tubs… my bath water is warmer than they are and they didn’t work- one was drained the other the jets did nothing. Hotel room doors slammed, the bathroom door did not stay open and slammed shut. The cabinet that held the fridge the door slammed shut in that too and was loud. The air conditioner in the room was loud! Sorry to sound like a complainer, I guess I get what I paid for. On positive note the breakfast was pretty decent.

The price was cheaper than the other suggested quality hotels, but we will not stay there ever again. The front desk was not friendly at all, the room had a smell, a hole in the wall, a dirty bathroom floor and the sheets didnt seem as clean as they should be. Also, one of the hot tubs was blocked off and had gross water at the bottom.

The elevator needs to be replaced.

Day 2 garbage from the previouse people that wasnt cleaned up with gallon of milk still sitting in hallway where i left it and second day eithout toilet paper had to ask again and was givin a box of kleenex

Fridge didnt work. No replacement. Noisy hotel work at 8am sounded like jack hammer. Key didnt work and no attendant on duty to let me in room. Front desk didnt seem engaged in customers. Im old so a hotel tv guide would be nice

I'll start with the only good thing about this hotel. Staff were honestly quite nice. All things good end after that. We had multiple rooms for our group of 12. ACs broken in some rooms and non-existent in the hallways. Promises to get things fixed were not kept. We were up till 1am just switching rooms so we had rooms that actually had AC. Hotel was filthy. There were holes in walls. Sofa sleeper was missing springs so the person sleeping on one of them actually fell through. Jacuzzi was a joke, not heated. As in NO HEAT, just plain water. Breakfast was just an ordinary hotel breakfast, nothing special. I'm a tour operator and we stay in hotels or rental properties roughly 20 times each year. This was one of the worst hotels we've ever used, hands down. AVOID THIS HOTEL. it was horrible. We've stayed in Country Inn and Suites by Radisson before, and they've been quite nice. Radisson should be ashamed to have its name attached to this one.

All the garbage from previous people was still in a pile and a gallon of milk was still in the fridge and no toilet paper in room and shower knob was really hard to turn on.

I want a refund . I took pictures of how dirty it was . The vents had so much dust . The carpets were terrible . The staff do don’t ish . During check in I stood at the front and the worker didn’t greet me or anything she continued what she was doing which was nothing and made me wait . Not only that the tubs are stained and don’t have any mats to stand on . The tub shower was half working the water was running from the tub and shower head at the same time . This was the worst hotel I have ever been in hands down . My four year old daughter even said “ew it’s dirty in here” . Only thing I enjoyed about the hotel was leaving it . Oh and breakfast was trash . They really hate their jobs up there . Nobody speaks . No good morning no good after noon . Y’all need to call the health department on them fast ! The mattresses on the pull out couch … don’t even touch it ! Very bad experience .
