Expensive for what you get

We had an amazing trip at Staybridge Suites Springfield! The 2 bedroom suite was very clean and very spacious for our family of 4. The added bonus was we didn't realize we had 2 full bathrooms, 1 off of each bedroom which was so convenient! I almost think they're doing themselves a disservice by not mentioning it in their advertisement, but it was a nice surprise anyways. Free full hot breakfast with plenty of options. I highly recommend staying here when you're in the area. We would definitely stay here again.

Checked in. They didn’t have a suite with double room so gave me room for same price with one room. Went and said I was not paying same price and within five minutes now have two bedroom suite that I was supposed to have to begin with. Seems fishy to me.

Looks nice from outside. Seems decent when entering. Hallway carpets look a little old and scroungy. I stayed for a total of four nights. Woke up after first night to ice cold water and reported that. Came back for night two to be told they didn’t get it looked at. Lady at desk did say she could move me to another room. Keys didn’t work for new room. After got the key to work, then the door knob was very finicky and hard to work. Get into second room to find the adjoining door to room next door doesn’t have a deadbolt to lock the door! Towels in both rooms has stains on them. Beds were comfy. Breakfast was decent.

It’s always a pleasure to stay at StayBridge for work. Rooms are nice, breakfast is decent, and snack at happy hour is good. There could be more vegetarian choices, but overall my stay was great.

Room type that was booked, paid for and confirmed with property 24hrs prior to stay was not fulfilled by property. No consulation or partial refund given. Only "thats all we have"

My daughter had a little Birthday Party at the hotel. The pool was nice and clean, as well as the area around the pool. We had a 2 bed-one bedroom suite. The kitchen was the perfect size, the bedroom was amazing for the girls, and the living room area was great for me. The room was clean, the bathroom was clean and the kitchen was clean. My daughter plays in competitive sports and occasionally we travel. This is probably one of the cleanest rooms we have stayed in. The guys at the front desk were very nice. I would stay there again!

Have always enjoyed this hotel until recently. The lady named Vicky, who runs the wine and cheese bar in the evening is fantastic and is one good reason to go there. Unfortunately, last evening, the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and they could not get it off between the hours of 2 AM. And 6 AM! Pretty frustrating for customers Who had to come downstairs and many went to their cars. It was nothing more than a malfunctioning alarm that the attendants said they were taking that many hours for somebody to come and shut it off. That isacceptable for hotel of that size. There should be protocols in place to get it off in a much more feasible and quicker manner. Hotel manager was very aapathetic When I ask in the morning what had happened and I noticed nothing had been taken anything off The bill. It would be a customary to at least offer some type of credit since customers only had three hours sleep. Clearly They needed a fire warm company that can get there within four hours in a situation like this! Wont be going back to this hotel any time soon!
