The girl at desk was real nice . Only good thing about hotel . Other than that , a bug feel from ceiling room was still dirty . They gave a second room but just had an eriee feeling plus it did not help when people are watching every move . We lost money. I did not care .

Gross. The exterior of the hotel is pretty sketchy. I was given a smoking room when requested a non. Maybe they are all smoking- who knows. There were flys and bugs in the room. The floor in the bathroom was sticky. And there were NO towels. Who puts you in a room with no towels? Staff said they were in the wash and for me to come back in an hour. Long story short- I slept in my clothes and shoes and left as early as I could the next morning.

The staff was nice and checked us in and out promptly. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The only complaint I have is that I could not find the vending machines (I didn't ask anyone as it was late when I decided to look) and the parking lot had an extremely foul smell. The smell was there for our entire stay and it was a cross between a broken sewer line and a decomposing body. You could not smell it once you were in the room, but it would gag you once you opened the door. Also, the room smelled of smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. I expected this though, as other people had complained about this in previous reviews.

The room was dirty. The noise from surrounding rooms was disturbing. Even after we called the front office we stll could not sleep. I was afraid for our safety. We decided to leave two hours after checking in. As we were walking out to our car in the middle of the night , we passed the clients going in and out of the room next door. It was horrible!

NO desk service, loud neighbors and thing walls. Hard to find. A few more bucks will get a lot more comfort and quiet.

The room carpet wasn't clean. The mattress was very hard. The pillows were awful. Coffee pot, but no coffee. Could see daylight through the door. The area was in a paper mill district. Very awful smell. Would have been better sleeping in our car.

No one was thee when we tried to check out at 7:00 a.m. There were several other patrons trying to check out too!

rough neighborhood smelled bad

The staff were very friendly. The room smelled like smoke and the floors in the room were dirty and sticky. Room was suppose to be non smoking and smelled like someone had smoked in it. The beds were also very hard!

THEY ARE UNDER STAFFED THE NIGHT I WAS THERE. WHEN I ENTERED I WAITED 5 MIN. FOR SOME ONE TO COME TO THE FRONT DESK...UNDERSTAFFED. THE ROOM WAS SUPPOSED TO BE NON-SMOKING. I HAD TO WASH EVERYTHING WHEN I GOT HOME. IT SMELLED VERY SMOKEY. I CALLED AROUND 6:30 am TO THE OFFICE AND NO ONE WAS THERE TO HELP ME WITH THE WFi THAT WOULD NOT WORK IN THE MORNING. I TRIED 3 OR 4 TIMES. IT WAS CLEAN EXCEPT FOR THE SMOKEY SMELL. THE SUITE PART OF IT WAS WAS HELPFUL. THE STAFF WAS PLESANT WHEN THEY WERE THERE.
