"Got to do better"

For the price it's not worth it the bed was broke they claimed it was newly renovated but that's not the case it still looks very old in there everything in my room was falling apart they should be charging like 160 a week for that

"Never have housekeeping"

They don't have housekeeping and never clean up room. I called front desk and asked them " clean up my room. But they did not come in. "

My stay was okay, wasnโ€™t the worst hotel Iโ€™ve been in but they can work on the room cleanliness and foul smell. Also the elevators were horribly dirty. I guess the biggest problem I had was the cleanliness.

"A Bugs Life"

Overall, I loved the wifi. It was very fast, and decent. Except the fact I didn't need to watch the movie"Bugs Life" on my Laptop, because the movie was literally in my room. The very nice roach decided to AVOID my food while his friends had a golden corral all-you-can-eat buffet. Housekeeping comes once a week, two towels are designated for the room. You must bring your own cleaning supplies and tissue. The bed in our room was broken, but maintenance came by four days later to fix it. Customer service was good, the ladies at the front desk were nice and answered my questions and allowed me to arrange additional days because of the inclement weather. She also gave us a few extra minutes to obtain our things during checkout. More should be done regarding cleaning, the floors should be vacuumed everyday and an effective way of cleaning the bathroom and kitchen should be researched, especially the floors. Many people that reside in extended stay establishments may not come equipped with basic necessities, like tissue and cleaning supplies, especially if coming from a place that only allows two plastic trash bags of your things. Overall, we are very grateful for the nice warm stay that we were afforded, but there is definitely room for improvement.

"Disappointed "

Marijuana smell all over the floor i was on, had to go and check the rooms myself before checking in as if they donโ€™t know if the room is clean or not

"Nice front desk worker just need to clean the room"

The room that I was supposed to get wasn't clean and the sank wasn't working. So they offer me another room the bed wasn't comfortable the I couldn't get the cold water to work in the shower and as I was leaving saw a roach crawling across the wall. But the front desk people was very friendly they just need to clean the rooms better and have some one spay the building for bugs.

"You Get What You Pay For"

The location is wonderful however the hotel is is in need of serious improvement, renovation and cleaning, has some serious risk management issues w non working elevators and frankly is not appealing to the eye , its beds are comfortable but its the visual that's a turn off

"Unacceptable for Expedia Standards"

I've traveled to 74 countries on 7 continents. This is top 3 of the worst I've ever seen. I use only Expedia. This property should be immediately removed from your representation. Very poor conditions, and fundamentally filthy. I used tissue to handle everything in room. Only cold water in shower due to broken metal shower handle, pictured. Called to office, they said were sending maintenance to repair for hot water. Started calling 20 mins later. No answer. Called 6-8 times, no answer. Maintenance never came! Took FRIGID shower on a 20-something degree day. Same problem after booking via Expedia. They rarely answer the phone during their posted hours. Tried so many times to finally reach to confirm reservation and exact location. I assumed this would be a decent property due to its location. I took more than a dozen photos inside & outside. Upon entry this property feels like a very low-rent BAD neighborhood/ghetto location. Marijuana smell VERY evident on my 2nd floor, and also 1st floor. Feels unkempt and NOT safe. Especially after a cold shower, I could not WAIT to get OUT of there! I went down to physically check-out, mentioning to the lady that I called for shower repair. She was the one with whom I spoke. She simply said, maintenance man got called away for another emergency. WHY didn't she have the common courtesy to call me, after I was calling and calling standing for 30mins+ in nothing but a towel?!? Unbelievable, WHO would treat a guest this way?! Demand Refund!
