InTown Suites Extended Stay Atlanta GA - Duluth

The room smelled awful, not maintained well. Everything worked but was worn, not maintained. No drain closure in tub. No hair dryer. I was there 2 nights, no housekeeping service.

Worst hotel.

The housekeeping staff was very accomadating. She made up for unmet expectations. Bed pillows were two big balls of material. One stove burner worked. When requested items were provided for self-service (i.e. garbage bags etc.). Two falst alarms in the middle of the night. NO SMOKING SIGNS NOT ENFORCED.

Nastiest grossest place I’ve ever stayed! Bed bugs! Disgusting carpets! Filthy bathrooms! Ughhh ur better off camping out on a public restrooms floor than staying at that dump.

Cancel our appointment without notifiy

This was Over booked and the receptionist did not do anything to help whiles it was heavly pouring

Service that day was over book, they don’t keep my reservation when I got in. Bad luck for their service

Staff was very nice and patience with us. Even though our room wasn't ready we were patience enough to wait and understand what was going on. The person at the office knew how to handle rude customers very well.

I booked this room for a single night stay. We reached the hotel at 10 PM. To our shock, this hotel was closed. We spent almost one hour trying to access someone at hotel. We were stranded in the middle of the night after a long travel from Phoenix, AZ. In future, please don't list this hotel

Never again! I was shown 3 rooms all in poor condition. The place smelled like the exterminator had been there. I stayed for one night only because I was exhausted and needed to shower. Hotels.com misrate that place. The rating should be -0.
