InTown Suites Extended Stay Houston TX - Hobby Airport

Room had two beds, a small table, and a kitchenette which allowed us to make some of our own meals and eat comfortably since we brought our own dishes/pan.

The hotel staff was never in their office. They were unprofessional. They have you sign a contract without showing you what it entails. They were rude when we tried to figure out what an extra charge was for. The room was not well maintained and the caulking in the bathroom was gross. The long term tenants in the area were loud and since the hotel is unstaffed after 7PM, no one is there to control the noise and loitering right outside your window. We stayed for a week and had to use the same dingy towels the whole stay.

None of the lights on the nightstand work, the sink handle was gone … not broken but gone! No way to turn the water on. And full of roaches
